I didn't get into fitness from a place of discipline or knowledge — I got into it from insecurity.
For years, I struggled with body image, disordered eating patterns, and constant cycles of starting over. I went through phases of extreme restriction, weight fluctuations, and following plans that were simply not for me. I was doing everything I thought I was "supposed" to do, yet I felt completely lost.
That experience is what pushed me to take a step back and actually learn. I studied strength training and nutrition because I wanted to understand what I was doing, not just blindly trust the internet. And that's when things started to make sense.
I realized that most people aren't failing because they lack discipline. They're stuck in the same cycle I was — overwhelmed, inconsistent, and trying to follow systems that don't fit their real life.
I focus on creating structure that holds over time — because whatever your goal is, it will take consistency. And consistency only exists when your plan actually fits your life. There is never just one way to reach your goal. The right approach is the one you can sustain.

Before the session, you will complete an in-depth questionnaire covering your lifestyle, current habits, goals, preferences, and available resources. This allows me to build a plan tailored specifically to you.
You will receive your personalized daily nutrition targets, along with a clear explanation of how to translate this knowledge to confident decision making in your day-to-day life, so you don't have to second guess your choices.
Based on your goals, schedule, experience level, and the gym or equipment you have access to, you will receive a structured training plan you can start immediately.
This is not a generic consultation.
You will leave the session with a clear plan, practical tools, and a full understanding of how to start moving toward your goals right away.
You will gain access to the Mind to Muscle platform, where you will receive ongoing support and guidance.
Daily monitoring of your training, nutrition, and habits
Direct communication with me via text for questions, feedback, and plan adjustments
Weekly check-ins to assess progress and make necessary changes
